replaces RSM/R training (see below) at Ford. Elements: Four hours of
fully-simulated, case-study-based e-learning, brief user’s guide,
reference materials, and case study materials. Storyboards and course
materials were developed using Microsoft Word. The e-learning was
programmed using JavaScript. My Role -
Design/Development/Validation: Consulted with MDSMap subject matter experts to
determine scope and content. Developed detailed storyboards to be used for
programming. Served as sole micro-level designer and developer on a team
that also included a programmer and a graphic artist.
